On November 27th last year, our CEO, Kinya Yoshikawa, spoke at the 2nd Nikkei Food Tech Conference, "Food Innovation Changes Society and Economy", which was introduced in the Nikkei Newspaper.

Under the theme of "The Frontline of 'Alternative Protein' Development," Mr. Yoshikawa introduced Tokyo Vegan Gyoza, made with soy meat and Japanese vegetables, and talked about the broad possibilities and appeal of Gyoza to solve social problems.
